Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipping/receiving information
- Maintain organized warehouse space through efficient stacking and storage practices
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
