Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock levels.
- Package and label items for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and report any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
