Responsibilities
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and cycle counts
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely while maintaining OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace organization
- Support loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-paid certification)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
