Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to transport goods safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation in our WMS system
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year material handling experience with forklift certification
- Ability to operate provided industrial equipment safely
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
