Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory control and stock rotation systems
- Load/unload shipments with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and equipment cleanliness
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Conduct equipment pre/post-shift inspections
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
