Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to 5S principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive PAID TRAINING provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for equipment operation training)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
