Responsibilities
- Safely transport and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate tracking
- Adhere to strict safety standards and emergency protocols
- Support loading/unloading operations while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete paid certification program (4 weeks)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry aptitude
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
