Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and manage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal safety and performance standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- 1+ years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
