Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and warehouse incoming materials using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per SOPs
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in 5S methodology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
