Responsibilities
- Lead 12-15 person team in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free environment
- Train staff on WMS software and equipment operation (forklifts, RF scanners)
- Analyze KPIs to reduce costs by 15% while increasing throughput
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and development planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience managing unionized teams (bonus)
