Responsibilities
- Efficiently move materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as per company protocols
- Inspect and prepare shipments for outbound delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and OSHA regulations in all operational tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety-first practices
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
