Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Lead safety drills and enforce company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
