Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Accurately track and manage inventory using RF scanning systems
- Load/unload trucks and organize materials in designated zones
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
