Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 15-20 warehouse associates in efficient order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory accuracy using WMS systems with 99.5% compliance targets
- Implement safety protocols during peak operational hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for loading/unloading 40+ trucks nightly
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Optimize warehouse layout for 24-hour productivity
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules for forklifts and conveyor systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in overnight operations
- OSHA Forklift certification required (we provide renewal training)
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with 15+ team member experience
- Ability to work independently during peak hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and DOT compliance
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued
