- Lead a team of elite engineers in building proprietary AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the roadmap for next-generation cognitive computing.
- Ensure ethical AI implementation and data privacy compliance at massive scale.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system longevity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a heavy focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact AI products to market.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on future-proofing solutions.
