Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize loading/unloading procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for hazardous materials handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse/distribution setting
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
