Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow coordination
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support facility cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and night shift flexibility
- Pass background check and drug screening
