Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and loading docks
- Verify inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely load/untract trailers and maintain organized storage areas
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience in night shift environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
