Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse per OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize WMS systems for accurate inventory tracking
- Support cross-functional warehouse activities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer skills and RF scanner experience
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
