Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload freight trucks with precise pallet placement
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Optimize material flow to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
