- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on machinery before/after shifts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent accidents
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
