Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in high-volume warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using certified equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability for flexible night shift schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
