Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers while adhering to strict safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
