Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse environment
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanning technology
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with night shift supervisors for optimal workflow management
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support cross-functional teams in loading/unloading operations
- Document inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner operation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
