Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Load/untract trailers with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient workflow
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sit-down forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner proficiency or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced night shift setting
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
