Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within 150,000 sq ft warehouse
- Maintain OSHA compliance and conduct daily equipment safety inspections
- Load/unload trucks with precision using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
