Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging to ensure zero defects
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, compliant workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM) with rotating weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
