Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks with precision and attention to detail
- Train on new equipment and processes as company evolves
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Strong focus on safety and hazard prevention awareness
- Proficient in using warehouse technology (RF scanners, etc.)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
