Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within the warehouse
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks while verifying shipment accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and safety checklists
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors and quality control teams
- Adhere to strict warehouse safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
