Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods in warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet production targets
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage space efficiently
- Assist with cross-training in other warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid California driver's license preferred
