- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials in warehouse environment
- Verify inventory counts and document shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading procedures
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
