Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately scan, record, and manage inventory using RF scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage of materials while adhering to FIFO protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Uphold OSHA compliance and safety standards at all times
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with precision and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (must provide at hire)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
