Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless operational transitions
- Load/unload trailers using proper stacking and securing techniques
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized workspaces and safety zones
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
