Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials throughout warehouse
- Verify product accuracy using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and implement 5S methodology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team leaders for operational efficiency
- Support cross-functional departments during peak processing times
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
