Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for accuracy and damage.
- Organize inventory and maintain a tidy, safe workspace to meet OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels.
- Assist with order fulfillment and packing processes with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of daily shipments.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and documents accurately.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
