Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners with precision
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to OSHA standards
- Conduct quality inspections and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Support loading/unloading operations while adhering to safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to complete
