Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Complete daily documentation and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
