Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/untractors and stage materials for shipping/receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and lockout procedures
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with night shift team on cross-functional projects
- Support cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience in night shift environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 10-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail in safety-critical operations
- Reliable transportation for 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
