Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products with precision and efficiency to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and warehouse housekeeping protocols.
- Accurately process shipping and receiving documents, including BOLs and pick lists.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting procedures as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license or equivalent industrial equipment certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret digital logs.
- Reliable attendance record and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
