Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload freight efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse space to maximize inventory flow and safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.
