Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in good working condition and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning pallets and tagging stock correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to work the assigned night shift schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid state-issued ID or Driver's License required.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
