Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately locate and retrieve products from shelves.
- Ensure Order Accuracy: Verify that all items are correctly picked and packed to meet shipping standards.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and report any hazards immediately.
- Operate Equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using barcode scanners and computer terminals.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors.
- Work Ethic: Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
