Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stage materials.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and verify stock levels against warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and preparing shipments for transport.
- Perform routine pre-shift inspections on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
