Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy to prevent shrinkage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order status and workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (not required for floor staff but beneficial).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
