As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily warehouse operations, ensuring that inventory is moved, stored, and tracked efficiently during our night shift operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in good working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, organizing, and keeping work areas clean.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must have a clean driving record and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
