Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, tidy, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (CDL preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
