Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Sort, package, and label products accurately for timely shipment and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and dispatchers regarding inventory needs and potential delays.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping and coordinate with the loading dock team.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and rotating weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
