Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move, stack, and retrieve merchandise in the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, and racks with speed and accuracy.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility.
