Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and move products.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking shipping manifests and product labels against stock.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to maintenance immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator with a valid license and certification.
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Attention to Detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
