Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely using sit-down and reach forklifts.
- Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on forklift equipment before each shift.
- Manage inventory scanning and record-keeping to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Organize stock in designated zones to optimize warehouse flow and retrieval.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- High school diploma or GED.
